Iced Matcha Latte Made with Ishikawa Organic Yabukita
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp matcha
- 4 tbsp hot water (175°F / 80°C)
- 3/4 cup any milk or plant-based milk, cold
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- Sift matcha into a bowl to remove clumps
- Add hot water and whisk in an M motion until frothy — about 15 seconds
- Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the milk
- Slowly pour matcha over the back of a spoon to create a layer on top
- Stir and enjoy 🍵
