How to Make an Iced Matcha Latte

Iced Matcha Latte Made with Ishikawa Organic Yabukita

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp matcha
  • 4 tbsp hot water (175°F / 80°C)
  • 3/4 cup any milk or plant-based milk, cold
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Sift matcha into a bowl to remove clumps
  2. Add hot water and whisk in an M motion until frothy — about 15 seconds
  3. Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the milk
  4. Slowly pour matcha over the back of a spoon to create a layer on top
  5. Stir and enjoy 🍵
